Cobalt - Satin Flower Hair Pins

My sister recently opened a new shop on etsy to sell hair accessories.  She makes her own fabric flowers out of a variety of fabrics and puts them on headbands and hair pins.  These cobalt satin flower hair pins are my favorite. They are so beautiful! I am thinking of buying them myself. They would look so pretty on the side of a bun or used to pull hair back to the side. These blue hair pins are just one of several pretty items in her new shop. I am so proud of my sister for opening this new shop. Support her new adventure and find these amazing flower hair accessories at twistedflowers.etsy.com.

Daisy Love Hair Pin Set

I have been absent from my blog this summer, so I thought a great way to start back up would be to show everyone something of mine. I haven't been listing much in my shop this summer, but I am starting to list new items. This beautiful set of hair pins I listed last night. These silver hair pins are made with bright flowers. One is a white and yellow daisy, and the other is a turquoise chrysanthemum. This is one of my favorite sets. I think the flowers compliment each other so nicely and would look amazing on anyone. If you are interested in these lovely hair pins or would like to see what else I have new, visit my shop at craftmepretty.etsy.com.

Peck-Lovebirds Doodle Dish

I recently ordered this adorable dish from a cute little shop on Etsy. When I came across this little "PECK" dish, it was like love at first site. My boyfriend and I have this thing where we say that we are birds, which came from the line "If you're bird, I am a bird" from the movie The Notebook. Sometimes after he kisses me he will peck me with his nose. It is actually really cute. So, when I saw this lovebirds dish I knew I had to have it. The creator of this beautiful work of art was so nice to work with, and I am now the proud owner of this one of a kind piece. She has several items in her shop that I love and will order from her again. She has such a creative mind and does an amazing job. To find a one of a kind item for yourself visit her shop at loveartworks.etsy.com.

Sterling Topaz Peacock Cuff

I came across a shop with beautiful cuff bracelets yesterday.  Each one is unique and colorful.  My favorite one is the blue and green peacock cuff above.  It is made with my favorite colors and would add a pop of color to any outfit.  The maker of these does all of the designs herself.  There are cuffs available in both silver and gold.  To find a pretty bracelet for yourself visit dirtystory.etsy.com.

Jet Stream

I was doing a little midnight browsing on Etsy and came across a shop that sells beautiful wooden pendants.  I loved so many of them that it was hard to pick a favorite, but I finally decided on the one pictured above.  It is painted in a pretty blue, my favorite color, with a flying sparrow.  This was just one of many great designs.  To find out more about these wonderful pendants visit zephyrwoods.etsy.com.

Below are some more pendants!

The Lily Clutch

This beautiful clutch is one of many wallets and bags I found in a cute little shop recently. I  absolutely love the pattern. This bag would be such a wonderful accessory to have to use day or night, casual or dressed up. The pattern is a black and white damask with a gathered body. There are two pockets inside and a snap closer. It is large enough to hold a wallet, phone, keys, and a couple other necessities. Picnic Blanket Vanilla Sugar Teacup Candle

A reader of my blog wrote me letting me know how much she enjoyed my posts. It was so nice to know someone likes what I write about. To thank her, I am featuring an item from her shop. She is the creator of adorable candle filled teacups. Her shop is filled with a variety of teacups in all patterns filled with candles in a number of scents. My favorite is this picnic blanket patterned teacup. I like how it is a simple white that will match everything. It is also filled with a vanilla sugar scented candle, one of my most favorite scents. These candles will last a long time, and when they are done, you have a cute little teacup and saucer. If you want your teacup refilled, just send it back for a new candle at a low price.
